Crowning the Victoria Times Bowl Pick 'em Champion

Now, I know you have all been wondering who actually pulled out the big win in the Victoria Times Bowl Pick 'Em Challenge. Now, it's time to reveal the winner. There were two entries that picked 7/8 games correctly, and one of those entries picked nearly exactly the correct score in the Penn State - Texas A&M game, which ended up being 21-17 (he picked 21-16).
